Overview
The project is being developed by a private developer and is envisioned as a thoughtfully planned, self-sufficient community. It is expected to offer a well-balanced mix of residential spaces, commercial areas, and recreational facilities.
Designed with integrated infrastructure, the township will include internal roads, reliable water supply, and electricity systems—creating a comfortable and convenient living environment for residents.
Concept
Inspired by a sunflower. Which brings a vibrant, cheerful, and warm atmosphere to the space. Sunflowers are symbols of positivity, energy, and warmth, and these elements are beautifully translated into a home décor palette. The vibrant yellow tones boost energy levels and foster a dynamic, productive environment, ideal for both relaxation and activity.
Living Room & Dinning Area
Enhancing the connection to nature, creating a charming and balanced experience. This combination creates an inviting and lively space!
Kitchen & Dinning Area
For the kitchen and dining area, we used a more muted version of the living room’s yellow, like a lemon yellow shade. This creates a cohesive flow while making the space feel more relaxed and homely. White cabinetry is complementing this color, providing a clean and fresh look. We considered using sunflower-inspired geometric tiles as a backsplashes to add visual interest and tie the theme together.
Bedroom-1
Yellow and white shades are used to keep the space bright and open. Incorporated green accents through plants to evoke a sense of freshness and vitality.
By using this sunflower-inspired palette, we have created a cohesive, cheerful, and welcoming environment throughout the 2BHK apartment, embracing the warmth and positivity that sunflowers naturally exude.
Bedroom-2
In the other bedroom, we used a yellow occur version of shade to create a serene and restful atmosphere. Then we paired these with crisp white linens and natural cane furnishings to maintain a calm and airy feel. Accents of green are introduced through furniture to continue the sunflower motif subtly and elegantly.
